⊹₊˚‧︵‿₊୨ᰔ୧₊‿︵‧˚₊⊹🍒Design Rules ➜By commissioning me or purchasing any design from me, you automatically agree to these terms!❤︎ You may make small edits to any character design you purchase from me (such as gender, species, or markings). However, the design must remain recognizable as the original. Please keep the original version on the Toyhouse profile (it can be set to private if you prefer).❤︎ If you choose to resell a design that has been edited, you must display both the original design and the edited version when advertising it.❤︎ You may not redraw, trace over, or alter my designs or base artwork to match a different art style (for example, changing the face to fit your personal style).❤︎ Co-owning a design with another person is allowed, but there must only be one profile per character. Do not create duplicate profiles, as this may cause confusion.❤︎ You may not edit, alter, or change my artwork without my permission. You are allowed to edit reference sheets or adoptables, but any changes to the actual artwork must be approved by me beforehand.❤︎ You must always credit me as the original designer, even if you make edits or modifications to the design.❤︎ I do allow color-picking, i dont think it is a crime. But if you do color-pick please do not make the design similar to the design you just color-picked!you must have a toyhouse to purchase or own one of my designs. if you don’t have one, please just kindly ask someone for a free code!🍒Commissions ➜❤︎ my commissions are always open unless not available through Kofi or stated other wise.❤︎ For my commissions, not including my sketchy headshots. You will receive 1 WIP of the sketch. I will ask you if you want any changes to be done before I get started.❤︎ You most definitely can ask for more WIPs. But most of my drawings take around 1-2h to be full complete and most are done in one setting.

🍒Resell Rules ➜❤︎ You may resell or trade any designs you have purchased from me.❤︎ You may not profit from my designs in any way. Designs may not be sold for more than their original purchase price unless additional artwork has been added (either commissioned or created by you). In that case, the price may include the value of the extra artwork.❤︎ Please do not inflate the value of any design. A design’s value is based on the most recent sale price.
(i.e., if a design was originally sold for $100 but later sold for $50, its current value is $50.)❤︎ You may include the value of pending commissioned artwork when trading or selling a design, but proof must be provided. Acceptable proof includes work-in-progress images or screenshots of messages and censored payment receipts from the commissioned artist.
(Note: Only commissioned artwork may be counted if it has not yet started. You may not include the value of your own artwork unless it has already been started.)❤︎ You may not charge extra for edits or modifications made to the design.❤︎ Designs that were received as gifts may not be sold. They may only be regifted or traded.❤︎ Designs obtained through trades may be resold, but their value must match the most recent sale price of the design. The value of the character it was traded for does not affect this.❤︎ You may not add additional rules or restrictions when trading or selling one of my designs (for example, requiring the buyer to only resell the design back to you or limiting how they may use the character).

🍒Auction/Sale Rules ➜❤︎ Please do not bid or commit to purchasing if you are unable to pay.❤︎ You must wait for my confirmation before sending payment. Do not send payment unless I have given you permission to do so.❤︎ Full payment is required within 24–48 hours for designs that have been Ab (auto-bought) Payment plans may be discussed via DMs before placing an offer, but please note that upfront payments will always take priority.❤︎ In the event of a chargeback or any payment issue that results in the funds being returned to you, I will regain full ownership of the design and reserve the right to resell it. This applies even if you have already commissioned additional artwork of the character.🍒REFUNDS ➜❤︎ Please do not ask for refunds if the commission is in the process of its final stages or already completed.❤︎ I will only accept refunds if I couldn’t complete the commission within the time frame, which is same day-to 1 month. Depending on my queue, my mental health and my personal life all commissions should be done unless stated otherwise.PAYMENTS
